Where I can find a list of animal species that are legal or illegal to own in Moncks Corner, South Carolina?
I live in Moncks Corner, SC, and was curious if anyone knew where I can find a list of animal species that are legal or illegal to own privately in my city (Moncks Corner) or County County (Berkeley). I looked everywhere (google, yahoo, ask, whatever) and I can not find anything! I am totally buying a ringtail cat (Cacomistle) as a partner (they can be kept as pets). I've looked at the "state" laws relating to alien species as pets, but I have to know the city or county regulations. Also does anyone know of any cat ringtail (cacomistle) breeders do not have a waiting list for two years? I wish I had one within this year if possible.
South Carolina does not allow the word "wild carnivores" as pets. It prohibited the sale of them, and do not issue import permits to bring one in the state. Since cats are carnivores ringtailed, fall under this law. Section 47-5-50. Prohibition of sale of wild carnivores as pets, sale of domesticated ferrets. (A) no carnivores, which normally are not domesticated, can be sold as pets in this state. A carnivore carried by an individual should not be allowed to run in general and then returned to prison. An animal wildlife are indigenous to this state, if kept in captivity for a period of time can be released into the wild. This section does not apply to ferrets domesticated. However, no ferret may be sold in this State without proper and current vaccination against rabies. Evidence of rabies vaccination by a certificate signed by a veterinarian Licensed. A person who purchases or possesses a domestic ferret shall maintain an appropriate treatment for vaccination annually. (D) This section does not apply to the sale, purchase, gift, or transfer of ownership of carnivores, including publicly owned zoos or animal dealers located in this State and Licensed by the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) under the Animal Welfare Act with the effective date of this chapter. These exemptions allow the sale, purchase, donation or transfer of ownership to individuals in that State. Any public displays, presentations, or exhibitions of wild carnivores, primates, or any another animal for a rabies vaccine licensed USDA there are permissible only if these screens, screenings, exhibitions, or prevent any possible contact of these animals with members of the general public.

i got a job at bobs pizza i love it. i went to north Carolina for thanksgiving and saw the movie four Christmas’s. while i was there i baby sat my cousin Payton who is a year old. we all went out to eat at Anthony restaurant. the food was amazing i had shrimp pasta for my dinner. i even got to the mall i bought a shirt there. my cousin Katlin gave me a gift i got a new purse. we all play the wii together then we played monopoly. i really enjoyed my visit to north Carolina to see my family. my mom got my aunt to watch our watch our house and pets. i had three cats named Reggie, Elle, and rocky and one dog named Brady. when we got home we found out Elle had past away she lived to be sixteen years old. we were all very sad about what happened.
