Would you tell the owner if his neighbor had a pet?
Recently I decided to be an adult and have my own apartment. Always I had roommates. I've been there five months and I finally had a launch party in the house. As a gift from my friends (that God loves them) rescued a cat to me. My contract says No Pets not yet have an owner or the super life in our building. She is very pretty, clean, litterbox trained, etc etc etc. So here is my question. If you discovered that someone had a pet in her building called the owner or aa maintain yourself?
I'd keep it for me. As long as people know the rules of keeping pets in apartments. Most landlords allow pets, especially size. If your apartment is huge, you can have a big dog. If it is small, we suggest a small dog. For cats, I think you should be fine, sizewise.
