How to stop cats fouling neigbour in our garden. Please help!?
We have a small garden and newly planted bulbs. Unfortunately, the neighbor cat thinks your perfect bathroom and in so doing, scratched by the bulbs to cover their activities. We discussed the pet repellent balls to no effect. Any foolproof tips repellent out there?
chili powder or some netting on poles so that the cat cannot get to floor.
