How do I file a complaint about food contamination?
My cat became very ill after eating one of the brands of cat food contaminated. Finally got a little better, but then get sicker than it was before. On Friday died of kidney failure. My family is trying to figure out where you can file a claim on this issue. Thanks in advance. a website would be useful, the brand was CORRECTION friskey's! The brand was WHISKAS
Purina Friskies is a brand. Purina is a wholly owned subsidiary of Nestlé SA, Avenue Nestlé 551,800 Vevey, Switzerland. The headquarters of America North Nestlé Purina is located in St. Louis, MO. Nestle Toll Free USA 1-800-225-2270, Monday through Friday, 8:00 to 8:00 PM EST. On the web at http://www.purina.com/us/home.asp. I could not find any evidence of a withdrawal of Friskies. They are not on the list of FDA recalls. Here is the link of the Food and Drug. It lists all the brands to remember and has a link to file a complaint.
