Do you have a recipe for healthy home made cat food?
In light of recent pet food recall, I've been thinking seriously about making my own cat food. I would find a good recipe, a balanced diet for an adult cat in particular. In fact, I have a web page animals, and I would like to include that information in it, so if you have a recipe for dog food doglovers that would be too big! 
By "proven", I simply mean something that really has been fed to a cat, with no ill effects and seems to be a healthy alternative to products trade in the market. I realize that nothing is "foolproof" and that each animal is unique and each one of us. Thanks for the responses so far! I saw a guy on Oprah who has a couple of books out. I'll pick up a book once sent to my library. Both books contain information on pet nutrition.
